Warehouse Management System(WMS)

This Warehouse Management System will integrate to AutoCount’s Accounting & inventory system. AutoCount’s inventory had based stock control and this WMS will be integrated to increase performance and reduce manual workload for warehouse process.

1.1Auto assign warehouse location

1.1.1 Automation process

System will auto assign location processing and analyzing based on postcode in address whenever new order coming in. This will speed up delivery process as system will assign nearest warehouse to deliver. Logic of this auto assignment is based on postcode of the customer’s address and stock availability at the warehouse

1.1.2 Advanced Technology Adoption

Computer vision task include method acquiring, processing, analyzing data from raw data import from 3rd party, eg. Website, shopee, Lazada & tikTok.

1.1.3 Benefit

Reduce human manual assignment or order transfer, reduce mistake on assignment location. Increase efficient and effectiveness on assign correct stock location for each order.

1.2 Auto assign batch number

1.2.1 Automation process

System will auto assign batch number whenever new order coming in. This will reduce human error and delay on manual assignment. Logic of this auto assignment is based on FIFO of products expiry date and also to avoid packing near expiry’s product. Picker & packer will pick & pack according to the item and batch number.

1.2.2 Advanced Technology Adoption

Computer vision task include method acquiring, processing, analyzing data from available stock at warehouse. System will intelligent enough to decide FIFO batch to out stock first and blocking to assign salvage stock.

1.2.3 Benefit

Reduce human manual assignment available batch by each order, reduce mistake on assignment batch which require follow FIFO method and avoid to out salvage stock. Increase efficient and effectiveness on assign correct batch number for each order. Avoid order cancellation after receive parcel.

1.3 Auto stock replenishment alert

1.3.1 Automation process

System will auto assign order’s status to “Out Of Stock-OOS” if no available stock. Purchaser able to check OOS’s order under stock replenishment module. Once stock in, Stock replenishment auto generate a list of order which available to perform pick & pack process.

Objective of this module is to alert Purchase to order in time and packer and instantly pack once stock replenished.

 

This will avoid overlook OOS’s order and able to monitor closely. Below screen are able to show OOS’s order, system will alert when stock replenishment.

1.3.2 Advanced Technology Adoption

Computer vision task include method acquiring, processing, analyzing data from Goods Received (GRN) at warehouse. System will intelligent enough to decide alert user stock in and can proceed to pack unpack’ s order.
