• Voucher Expiry Date: This cash voucher is valid for a period of one year from the date of issuance (“Expiry Date”). After the Expiry Date, the voucher will become null and void, and no further redemption or extension will be allowed.
• Redemption Limitations:
• This voucher can only be redeemed for products or services at the issuing company or location specified on the voucher. (products exlucded Network users, add on Modules)
• The voucher may not be exchanged for cash or any other form of currency.
• No partial redemption is allowed. The entire voucher amount must be used in a single transaction.
•  Transferability: This voucher is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the person whose name is specified on the voucher, unless otherwise expressly permitted by the Automate Softtech Sdn Bhd.
• Combining Vouchers: Multiple vouchers cannot be combined for a single transaction, unless expressly permitted by the issuing company.
• Exchanges: Exchanges will be provided for any unused portion of the voucher amount after redemption.
• Extension Requests: Requests for voucher extension beyond the Expiry Date will not be entertained under any circumstances.
• Non-Transferable: This voucher cannot be resold, bartered, or traded in any manner without the prior written consent of the issuing company.
• Redemption Conditions: The voucher may be subject to specific terms and conditions imposed by the issuing company at the time of redemption, and voucher holders must adhere to these conditions.
• Discretion of Issuing Company: – All matters relating to the voucher, including its issuance, redemption, and interpretation of these terms and conditions, are subject to the sole discretion of the issuing company.
